新质生产力赋能乡村生态振兴的功能向度、现实挑战与实践路径

摘　　要：新质生产力以其高科技、高效能和高质量的显著特征,在乡村生态振兴中展现出独特的赋能价值与发展潜力,对促进绿色产业发展、增强农民福祉与农民的参与能力、推动乡村生态系统修复与可持续发展都起着重要驱动作用。但在这一进程中仍面临诸多挑战,包括技术适配性不足、经济价值转化低效、社会参与能力滞后等。为此,需要通过强化新质生产力技术创新,构建智慧生态治理体系;加大新质生产力融合效应,激活生态经济价值;依托新质生产力凝聚生态治理合力,构建多元共治格局三个维度实现新质生产力赋能乡村生态振兴。With its remarkable characteristics of high efficiency,intelligence and greenness,new quality productivity has shown unique empowering value and potential in the revitalization of rural ecology,playing an important driving role in promoting the development of green industries,enhancing the well-being and participation of farmers,and promoting the restoration of rural ecosystems and sustainable development.However,there are still many challenges in this process,including insufficient technological adaptability,inefficient transformation of economic value,and lagging social participation capabilities.To this end,it is necessary to strengthen the technological innovation of new quality productivity and build a smart ecological governance system;Increase the integration effect of new quality productivity and activate the value of ecological economy;Relying on new quality productivity to gather the joint force of ecological governance and build a multi-governance pattern.
