山东滕州北台上遗址Ⅱ区2016年发掘出土植物大遗存分析

摘　　要：北台上遗址的龙山文化遗迹中共浮选出土3万余粒植物种子,主要以农作物为主。空间分析结果显示,发掘区是该遗址边缘一个主要食物消费区域,且可能存在作物加工行为。从农作物结构分析来看,北台上遗址在龙山文化时期是一处以粟作为主、稻旱兼营的聚落,多元的农作物结构揭示其拥有较为成熟和稳定的农业系统。聚焦到家户,各个家户间表现出差异化的饮食结构,或许一定程度反映了土地私有、自主支配现象的存在。而通过对枣滕地区北辛至龙山文化时期8个遗址出土农作物的对比,可以发现该地区一直以来都有食稻的传统,且在龙山文化时期农作物结构更加多元,农业经济更为成熟。The Longshan cultural remains at the Beitaishang Site yielded over 30,000 plant seeds through flotation,primarily comprising crops.Spatial analysis suggests that the excavation area was a major food consumption zone at the site,possibly associated with crop processing activities.Crop structure analysis indicates that the Beitaishang Site during the Longshan period was a settlement primarily focused on millet cultivation,supplemented by dryland rice farming.The diverse crop structure reflects a mature and stable agricultural system.At the household level,variations in dietary structures among different households suggest the existence of private landownership and autonomous management.A comparative analysis of crops unearthed from eight sites in the Zao-Teng region,spanning from the Beixin to the Longshan cultural periods,reveals a longstanding tradition of rice consumption.During the Longshan period,the crop structure became more diversified,reflecting a more advanced agricultural economy.
