醒脑通络开窍汤联合依达拉奉右崁醇注射液对急性脑梗死神经恢复及炎症介质的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨急性脑梗死患者应用醒脑通络开窍汤联合依达拉奉右崁醇注射液的效果。方法按照治疗方法不同,将2021年3月—2024年3月宝应县中医医院收治的84例急性脑梗死患者分为两组。对照组(n=42)采用依达拉奉右崁醇注射液治疗,观察组(n=42)联合醒脑通络开窍汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、神经功能缺损程度及炎症介质水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率[95.24%(40/42)]相比于对照组[80.95%(34/42)]更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.087,P<0.05)。治疗后,组间中医证候积分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分、超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6水平对比,观察组均更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论醒脑通络开窍汤联合依达拉奉右崁醇注射液对急性脑梗死患者的疗效显著,可促进神经功能恢复,降低炎症介质水平,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect of Xingnao Tongluo Kaiqiao Decoction combined with edaravone dextroranol injection in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods According to different treatment methods,a total of 84 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Baoying County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group(n=42)was treated with edaravone dextroranol injection,and the observation group(n=42)was treated with Xingnao Tongluo Kaiqiao Decoction.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,neurological deficits and inflammatory mediators were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group[95.24%(40/42)]was higher than the control group[80.95%(34/42)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.087,P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale scores,hypersensitive C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α,and interleukin-6 levels in the two groups,and the observation group were lower,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Xingnao Tongluo Kaiqiao Decoction combined with edaravone dextroranol injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has good curative effect,and can promote the recovery of neurological function and reduce the level of inflammatory mediators,which has certain clinical application value.
