复明片联合曲伏前列素滴眼液治疗开角型青光眼的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析复明片联合曲伏前列素滴眼液应用于开角型青光眼患者中的临床效果。方法根据不同的治疗方法,将2022年1月—2023年1月华厦眼科医院集团临沂眼科医院收治的80例开角型青光眼患者分成观察组与对照组。对照组(40例)进行曲伏前列素滴眼液治疗,观察组(40例)在对照组的基础上进行中药复明片治疗。比较两组眼压和视力功能恢复情况、泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌试验结果、角膜荧光素染色评分、临床治疗效果、生活质量。结果治疗后,相比于对照组,观察组眼压和视力功能恢复效果均更优,泪膜破裂时间更长,基础泪液分泌量、生活质量评分更高,角膜荧光素染色评分更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为97.50%(39/40),相比于对照组的80.00%(32/40)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.134,P=0.013)。结论复明片联合曲伏前列素滴眼液方案应用于开角型青光眼患者可进一步提高治疗效果,促进患者视力功能恢复。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Fuming Tablets combined with travoprost eye drops in patients with open-angle glaucoma.Methods According to different treatment methods,from January 2022 to January 2023,80 patients with open-angle glaucoma admitted to the Huaxia Ophthalmology Hospital Group Linyi Ophthalmology Hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group.The control group(40 cases)was treated with travoprost eye drops,and the observation group(40 cases)was treated with Fuming Tablets on the basis of the control group.The recovery of intraocular pressure and visual function,tear film rupture time,tear secretion test results,corneal fluorescein staining score,clinical treatment effect and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the recovery effect of intraocular pressure and visual function in the observation group was better,the tear film rupture time was longer,the basic tear secretion and the scores of quality of life were higher,the corneal fluorescein staining score was lower,higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher 80.00%(32/40)compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.134,P=0.013).Conclusion The application of Fuming Tablets combined with travoprost eye drops in the treatment of patients with open-angle glaucoma can further improve the therapeutic effect and promote the recovery of visual function.
