冷圈套器切除术和热圈套器切除术在10 mm以下结肠息肉治疗中的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨冷圈套器切除术以及热圈套器切除术对10 mm以下结肠息肉治疗效果。方法回顾性选取2022年8月-2024年2月郓城县人民医院收治的56例10 mm以下结肠息肉患者的临床资料,按照手术方法差异分为对照组(28例,采用热圈套器切除术治疗)与研究组(28例,采用冷圈套器切除术治疗)。比较两组应激反应指标水平、完整息肉切除率、术后腹痛发生率、临床手术时间及平均住院时间。结果术后,相较于对照组,研究组去甲肾上腺素、皮质醇、血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮水平与术后腹痛发生率更低,完整息肉切除率更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。相较于对照组,研究组临床手术时间与平均住院时间更短[(13.92±2.99)min vs (10.66±2.73)min,(6.29±1.73)d vs(4.61±1.25)d],差异均有统计学意义(t=4.260、4.165,P均<0.05)。结论临床10 mm以下结肠息肉患者使用冷圈套器切除术效果较好,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of cold snare polypectomy and hot snare polypectomy on colonic polyps smaller than 10 mm Methods The clinical data of 56 patients with colonic polyps smaller than 10 mm admitted to Yuncheng County People's Hospital from August 2022 to February 2024 were retrospectively selected.According to the differences in surgical methods,they were divided into the control group(28 cases,treated with hot snare polypectomy)and the study group(28 cases,treated with cold snare polypectomy).The levels of stress response indexes,complete polyp resection rate,incidence of postoperative abdominal pain,clinical operation time and average hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Re⁃sults After the operation,compared with the control group,the levels of norepinephrine,cortisol,angiotensinⅡ,and aldosterone,as well as the incidence of postoperative abdominal pain in the study group were lower,and the complete polyp resection rate was higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the clinical operation time and the average length of hospital stay in the study group were shorter[(13.92±2.99)min vs(10.66±2.73)min,(6.29±1.73)d vs(4.61±1.25)d],the differences were statistically significant(t=4.260,4.165,both P<0.05).Conclusion Cold snare polypectomy has a good effect in treating patients with colonic polyps smaller than 10 mm clinically,and has certain clinical application value.
