摘 要:目的微螺钉种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的应用价值比较。方法选取2020年3月—2023年5月菏泽市荣军医院收治的80例口腔正畸治疗患者,按治疗方法差异分为对照组(40例,一般正畸支抗技术治疗)与研究组(40例,微螺钉种植体支抗方法治疗)。比较两组下中切牙唇倾角、上下中切牙长轴交角、上中切牙唇倾角、治疗效果与并发症发生情况。结果相较于对照组,研究组治疗总有效率更高,并发症发生率更低[80.00%(32/40)vs 97.50%(39/40),22.50%(9/40)vs 2.50%(1/40)],差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.134、7.314,P均<0.05)。治疗后,上中切牙唇倾角、上下中切牙长轴交角、下中切牙唇倾角改善程度,研究组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论微螺钉种植体支抗进行口腔正畸,可提升疗效以及安全性,改善患者的上中切牙唇倾角、上下中切牙长轴交角及下中切牙唇倾角。Objective To compare the application value of micro-screw implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment.Methods Eighty patients who received orthodontic treatment in Heze Rongjun Hospital from March 2020 to May 2023 were selected.According to the differences in treatment methods,they were divided into the control group(40 cases,treated with general orthodontic anchorage technology)and the study group(40 cases,treated with micro-screw implant anchorage method).The labial inclination angle of the lower central incisors,the intersection angle of the long axes of the upper and lower central incisors,the labial inclination angle of the upper central incisors,treatment effects and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had a higher total effective rate of treatment and a lower incidence of complications[80.00%(32/40)vs 97.50%(39/40),22.50%(9/40)vs 2.50%(1/40)],and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.134,7.314,both P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement degrees of the labial inclination angle of the upper central incisors,the intersection angle of the long axes of the upper and lower central incisors and the labial inclination angle of the lower central incisors in the study group were all better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion The use of micro-screw implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment can improve the curative effect and safety,and also improve the labial inclination angle of the upper central incisors,the intersection angle of the long axes of the upper and lower central incisors and the labial inclination angle of the lower central incisors.
