高嵌体修复与纤维桩核冠修复治疗后牙牙体缺损的临床应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨对后牙牙体缺损患者分别采用高嵌体修复以及纤维桩核冠修复治疗的临床效果。方法选取2020年3月—2023年8月郓城县人民医院收治的84例后牙牙体缺损患者,以治疗方法的不同分为对照组(42例,采用纤维桩核冠修复治疗)和研究组(42例,采用高嵌体修复治疗)。对比两组临床疗效、咀嚼功能评分、牙龈健康程度、并发症总发生率。结果治疗总有效率两组相比,研究组比对照组更高[97.62%(41/42)vs 80.95%(34/42)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.097,P<0.05)。与对照组相比,治疗后咀嚼功能评分研究组更高,牙龈指数、菌斑指数并发症总发生率均更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论临床对后牙牙体缺损患者在治疗期间,同纤维桩核冠修复方法比较,高嵌体修复疗法可以改善患者的咀嚼功能和牙龈健康程度,并发症较少。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of onlay restoration and fiber post core crown restoration in patients with posterior tooth defect.Methods A total of 84 patients with posterior teeth defects admitted to Yuncheng County People's Hospital from March 2020 to August 2023 were selected and divided into control group(42 cases,treated with fiber post core crown restoration)and study group(42 cases,treated with onlay restoration)according to different treatment methods.The clinical efficacy,chewing function score,gingival health and total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group[97.62%(41/42)vs 80.95%(34/42)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.097,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the chewing function score of the study group was higher after treatment,and the total incidence of gingival index and plaque index complications was lower,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion Compared with the fiber post core crown restoration method,high inlay restoration therapy can improve the chewing function and gum health of patients with posterior tooth defects during treatment,with fewer complications.
