Q开关532 nm激光联合超脉冲CO_(2)激光治疗脂溢性角化病疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨Q开关532 nm激光联合超脉冲CO_(2)激光治疗脂溢性角化病的价值。方法选择2023年5—12月泰兴市人民医院收治的86例脂溢性角化病患者,依据不同治疗方法分为两组,各43例。对照组采用超脉冲CO_(2)激光治疗,观察组采用超脉冲CO_(2)激光结合Q开关532 nm激光治疗,对比两组临床疗效、创面愈合时间、疼痛程度、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗总有效率两组相比,观察组较对照组更高[97.67%(42/43)vs 81.40%(35/43)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.081,P<0.05)。相较于对照组,创面愈合时间观察组更短,疼痛程度评分及治疗后的生活质量评分观察组均更低,两组生活质量评分在治疗后均下降,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。不良反应发生率方面,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论联合采用Q开关532 nm激光与超脉冲CO_(2)激光治疗脂溢性角化病可促进创面愈合并减轻疼痛程度,同时不会明显增加不良反应,提高患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the value of Q-switched 532 nm laser combined with ultrapulse CO_(2) laser in the treatment of seborrheic keratosis.Methods A total of 86 patients with seborrheic keratosis admitted to Taixing People's Hospital from May to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ultra pulse CO_(2) laser,and the observation group was treated with ultra pulse CO_(2) laser combined with Q-switch 532 nm laser.The clinical efficacy,wound healing time,pain degree,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group[97.67%(42/43)vs 81.40%(35/43)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.081,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the wound healing time of the observation group was shorter,and the pain score and the quality of life score after treatment were lower.The quality of life scores of the two groups decreased after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Q-switched 532 nm laser and ultra pulse CO_(2) laser in the treatment of seborrheic keratosis can promote wound healing and reduce pain,without significantly increasing adverse reactions and improving the quality of life of patients.
