替莫唑胺联合自拟中药汤剂治疗胶质瘤的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探析胶质瘤患者应用替莫唑胺胶囊与自拟中药汤剂治疗的效果。方法 回顾性选取2023年1—12月山东颐养健康集团莱芜中心医院收治的100例胶质瘤患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式的不同划分为对照组(50例,替莫唑胺胶囊治疗)和研究组(50例,替莫唑胺胶囊联合自拟中药汤剂治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、日常生活活动能力、不良反应发生率。结果 治疗总有效率比较[96.00%(48/50)vs 80.00%(40/50)],研究组更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.060,P=0.013)。与对照组治疗后数据比较,研究组的中医证候积分中神疲、乏力懒言、气短积分均更低,Barthel指数更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。不良反应发生率方面,两组比较,研究组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 胶质瘤患者应用替莫唑胺胶囊联合自拟中药汤剂治疗效果显著,可改善患者的临床症状,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To explore the effect of temozolomide capsules and self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of glioma patients.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with glioma admitted to Laiwu Central Hospital,Shandong Yiyang Health Group from January to December 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(50 cases,temozolomide capsules treatment) and study group(50 cases,temozolomide capsules combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction treatment).The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,activity of daily living and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment was compared [96.00%(48/50) vs 80.00%(40/50)],and the study group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=6.060,P=0.013).Compared with the data of the control group after treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes such as fatigue,weakness,and shortness of breath in the study group were all lower,and the Barthel Index was higher,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).In terms of the incidence of adverse reactions,the comparison between the two groups showed that the study group was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of temozolomide capsules combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction in patients with glioma has a significant effect,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
