摘 要:机器人全结直肠切除术在溃疡性结肠炎的治疗中展现了显著的临床优势,尤其在复杂的解剖操作中具备更高的精确性和安全性。本文系统分析现有的文献资料,总结了机器人全结直肠切除术在降低术中并发症、缩短术后恢复时间、提高患者生活质量等方面的优势。然而,机器人全结直肠切除术仍面临高成本、较长手术时间和学习曲线较陡等挑战。未来的研究应集中于优化手术流程、降低成本以及更多随机对照试验,进一步验证其在溃疡性结肠炎治疗中的长期效果。Robotic total colorectal resection has shown significant clinical advantages in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,especially in complex anatomical operations with higher accuracy and safety.Through systematic analysis of the existing literature,this paper summarizes the advantages of robotic total colorectal resection in reducing intraoperative complications,shortening postoperative recovery time,and improving the quality of life of patients.However,robotic total colorectal resection still faces challenges such as high cost,long operation time and steep learning curve.Future research should focus on optimizing surgical procedures,reducing costs,and more randomized controlled trials to further verify its long-term effect in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.
