摘　　要：我国食用菌产业在不到一百年的时间里,已经发展成一个体量相当大的产业。食用菌产业发展趋势非常明显,从分散的小农户种植到工厂化生产,再到数智化模式生产。从产业发展现状来看,三种模式并存,经营效率逐渐上升,但对乡村振兴贡献逐渐降低。食用菌产业发展趋势的研究对产业发展实践具有借鉴价值。China's edible fungi industry has developed into a sizable industry in less than a hundred years.The development is obviously rising from scattered small-scale farming mode to factory production mode,and then to digital mode production.In the current situation of industrial development,three modes coexist,and their economic efficiency is gradually increasing,but their contributions to rural revitalization is gradually decreasing.This research on the development trend of edible fungi industry has a reference value for industrial development practice.
