摘  要:SMURF1(Smad ubiquitination regulatory factor 1),a HECT-type E3 ubiquitin ligase,plays pivotal regulatory roles in numerous biological processes,encompassing apoptosis,senescence,cell cycle progression,metastasis,and genomic stability,by targeting a variety of key signaling and regulatory proteins for ubiquitylation and proteasome degradation(Fu et al.,2020).
