氟米龙滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症对泪液和眼表各项指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨氟米龙滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症对泪液和眼表各项指标的影响。方法选取2022年10月至2023年12月于九江市第一人民医院眼科就诊的80例干眼症患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液,观察组采用氟米龙滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗。比较两组患者泪液(泪液分泌试验、泪膜破裂时间、泪液pH值)与眼表指标(泪河高度、荧光染色、睑板腺功能、眼红程度)、用药不良反应、干眼症症状缓解时间、炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平]以及复发情况。结果治疗7 d、15 d观察组泪液分泌试验结果、泪膜破裂时间、泪液pH值均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗7 d、15 d观察组泪河高度、荧光染色、睑板腺功能以及眼红程度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组用药不良反应发生率低于对照组,但组间对比并无差异(P>0.05);观察组眼痛、干涩、异物感、灼烧感、畏光缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组IL-6、CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疾病复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用氟米龙滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症,可有效改善患者泪液和眼表各项指标,快速缓解症状,减轻炎症反应,且用药安全性良好。Objective To explore the effect of fluomilone eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops on tear fluid and eye surface indexes in the treatment of dry eye syndrome.Methods A total of 80 patients with dry eye syndrome treated in the ophthalmology department of Jiujiang First People's Hospital from October 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given sodium hyaluronate eye drops,and the observation group was treated with flumirone eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops.Tear fluid(tear secretion test,tear film breaking time,tear pH value)and ocular surface indexes(lacrimal river height,fluorescence staining,meibomian gland function,degree of redness),adverse drug reactions,duration of symptom remission of dry eye,inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)level]and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The results of tear secretion test,tear film rupture time and tear pH value in observation group were better than those in control group on 7 and 15 days after treatment(P<0.05).The lacrimal river height,fluorescence staining,meibomian gland function and the degree of red eye in the observation group were lower than those in the control group on 7 and 15 days of treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse drug reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,but there was no difference between groups(P>0.05).The relief time of eye pain,dryness,foreign body sensation,burning sensation and photophobia in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and CRP in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fluomirone eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eye syndrome can effectively improve the tear and eye surface
