摘　　要：目的探讨通关藤注射液联合XELOX方案在结直肠癌术后患者中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月至2024年1月赤峰市肿瘤医院收治的80例结直肠癌术后患者,用抽签法随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组采用XELOX方案,观察组采用通关藤注射液联合XELOX方案。比较两组患者疾病控制率和生命质量改善有效率,治疗前后免疫功能指标和血清胸苷激酶1(TK1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)、组织因子(TF)水平,不良反应发生情况。结果观察组疾病控制率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生命质量改善有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、NK细胞和CD4^(+)水平升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清TK1、VEGF、sICAM-1、TF水平降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通关藤注射液联合XELOX方案能提高结直肠癌术后患者的疗效和生命质量,改善免疫细胞水平,下调血清TK1、VEGF、sICAM-1和TF水平。Objective To explore the application value of Tongguanteng injection combined with XELOX in postoperative patients with colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with colorectal cancer treated in Chifeng Cancer Hospital from January 2020 to January 2024 were randomly divided into observation group and control group by drawing lots,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with XELOX regimen,and the observation group was treated with Tongguanteng injection combined with XELOX regimen.The disease control rate,quality of life improvement rate,immune function indexes,serum thymidine kinase 1(TK1),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1),tissue factor(TF)levels before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The disease control rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of life quality improvement in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),NK cells and CD4^(+)in both groups were increased(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of TK1,VEGF,sICAM-1 and TF in 2 groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongguanteng injection combined with XELOX regimen can improve the efficacy and quality of life,improve the level of immune cells,and down-regulate the levels of serum TK1,VEGF,sICAM-1and TF.
