摘 要:住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)师资队伍建设是住培质量的重要保证。当前,住培师资管理存在重视程度不足、师资未分类、准入门槛低、培训不规范、评价考核不健全、激励机制不到位,以及出现职业倦怠现象等问题。针对这些问题,深圳市儿童医院构建层级化师资管理体系,落实从师资遴选、培训、考核评价、激励等方面全流程全链条的分层分级管理。实施层级化师资管理后,基于院内调研的数据结果评估培养效果。结果显示,应用层级化师资管理体系后师资队伍架构更为完善、教学效果显著、教学成果产出明显,住院医师首次执业医师资格考试通过率提升。层级化师资管理体系可以有效促进住培工作,提升培训质量。Faculty development is an important guarantee for the quality of standardized residency training.Currently,there are several issues with respect to the training of teaching staff,such as inadequate attention,unclassified management,low entry thresholds,non-standardized training,incomplete evaluation,inadequate incentive mechanisms,and the emergence of professional burnout.In response to these problems,the Shenzhen Children's Hospital established a hierarchical teacher management system,implementing hierarchical management throughout the whole process of teacher selection,training,assessment and incentives.After the implementation of the hierarchical teacher management system,the training outcomes were evaluated based on data from internal surveys.The results demonstrated a more improved structure of the teaching staff,significant teaching effectiveness,and notable achievements in teaching outcomes.The initial passing rates of the National Licensed Physician Qualification Examination continued to increase.Therefore,it can be seen that the application of a hierarchical teacher management system can effectively promote the standardized residency training and enhance the quality of the training.
