摘 要:人是推动共同富裕的最关键因素,人的素质和能力决定了共同富裕的可能与进程。教育的本体功能是促进人的自我实现,发展文旅职业教育能促进人的自我发展和实现。本文从共生、共利和共情三个维度分析文旅职业教育在促进共同富裕中的价值意蕴,剖析文旅职业教育面临的社会认知偏见、人才培养质量低等实践困境,提出加强文旅职业教育精神内涵建设、创新产教融合协同育人模式等路径。Human agency is the most critical factor in advancing common prosperity, as individual competence and capabilities determine its feasibility and progress. The intrinsic function of education lies in fostering human self-realization, and developing vocational education in cultural and tourism sectors can significantly enhance personal growth and societal contribution. This paper analyzes the value implications of cultural and tourism vocational education in promoting common prosperity through three dimensions: symbiosis( interconnected development),mutual benefit(shared economic and social gains), and empathy( cultural and emotional resonance). It further identifies the practical challenges for vocational eclucation in cultural and tourism sectors, including societal biases and low quality of talent cultivation. To address these issues, the study proposes pathways such as strengthening the spiritual and ideological foundations of vocational education in cultural and tourism sectors and innovating collaborative education models through deeper industry-education integration.
