摘  要:本文通过深入挖掘“空中交通管理基础”课程的思政元素,探索“空中交通管理基础”的课程思政实施路径及其实践。首先在深入分析教学内容的基础上,提炼并确立了“空中交通管理基础”课程思政教学目标。在此基础上遵从严密的逻辑关系重构教学内容,构建“空中交通管理基础”课程思维导图;以思政元素作为承载点,以模块化设计引领任务点,深度挖掘本课程蕴含的思想价值和精神内涵,构建“空中交通管理基础”课程思政实施路径;从“空中交通管理基础”课程思政资源库建设、重设教学内容和流程、创新教学实现形式和讲好空管行业的中国故事4个方面进行课程思政教学实践,润物无声地开展思政教学,实现全程育人和全方位育人目标。The implementation path and practice of curriculum-based ideological and political education in the course of " Fundamentals of Air Traffic Management" is explored through in-depth exploration of ideological-political elements ombedded in the course. Firstly, the ideological and political teaching objectives of the course "Fundamentals of Air Traffic Management" are refined and established by studying the course content in depth. On this basis, the course content is reconstructed according to strict logical relationships and the mind map of " Fundamentals Air Traffic Management" is built;by taking the ideological-political elements as bearing points, guiding task points with modular design, and excavating the ideological value and spiritual connotations of the course in depth, the implementation path is discussed;In the aspects of ideological and political resource database construction,reconstruction of the course content, innovation of teaching method and telling China' s stories about air traffic management, the practice of curriculum-based ideological and political education is conducted, so as to carry out ideological and political education smoothly and achieve the goals of whole-course and all-round education.
