摘  要:职业型高校已经进入职业学科建设的新阶段,职业学科文化是职业学科的灵魂,要想建设好职业学科,就需要培育职业学科文化。所谓职业学科文化就是指从事职业科学研究的学者在探索、研究和发展职业学科知识及构建其知识体系的过程中留下的精神印记,主要表现在职业学科语言、知识、规范和理念等方面。职业学科文化主要由具有职业学科自身特色的学科语言体系、知识体系、规范体系和理念体系等构成。职业学科文化的特点主要体现在三个方面:第一,是一种以职业学科知识为本的文化;第二,是一种探究职业高深学问的文化;第三,是一种内在各职业学科文化差异性较大的文化。职业学科文化生成与发展的逻辑需要关注由文化基础与实践基础构成的基础层面,由从事职业学科活动的学者构成的主体层面,由学校管理、校园文化及学科本身构成的相关因素层面。Vocational colleges and universities have entered a new stage of vocational discipline construction,and vocational disciplinary culture is the soul of vocational disciplines.To build vocational disciplines well,it is necessary to cultivate vocational disciplinary culture.The so-called vocational disciplinary culture refers to the spiritual imprint left by scholars engaged in vocational scientific research in the process of exploring,researching,and developing vocational discipline knowledge and constructing its knowledge system,mainly manifested in vocational discipline language,knowledge,norms,and concepts.The vocational disciplinary culture mainly consists of disciplinary language systems,knowledge systems,normative systems,and conceptual systems with their own characteristics.The characteristics of vocational disciplinary culture are mainly reflected in three aspects:Firstly,it is a culture based on vocational discipline knowledge.Secondly,it is a culture that explores the profound knowledge of professions.Thirdly,it is a culture with significant cultural differences among various vocational disciplines.The logic of the generation and development of vocational discipline culture requires attention to the fundamental level composed of cultural and practical foundation,the subject level composed of scholars engaged in vocational discipline activities,and the relevant factor level composed of school management,campus culture,and the discipline itself.
