摘  要:本科层次职业教育的改革发展离不开精准、系统的政策供给。当前,本科层次职业教育政策顶层设计基本成型、政策供给框架初步搭建、政策试点稳步推进,为本科层次职业教育发展提供了重要的政策保障。与此同时,本科层次职业教育政策供给也暴露出一些现实问题,主要表现为政策顶层设计还不够丰富、政策供给框架仍不够完善、政策推进机制尚不够精细。推进本科层次职业教育稳定健康发展需要瞄准类型定位、完善政策顶层设计,围绕人才培养、优化政策供给框架,突出问题导向、细化政策推进策略。The reform and development of tertiary-level vocational education cannot be separated from precise and systematic policy supply.Currently,the top-level design of tertiary-level vocational education policies has basically taken shape,the initial framework for policy supply has been established,and policy pilot projects are steadily advancing,providing important policy guarantees for the development of tertiary-level vocational education.Meanwhile,the policy supply of tertiary-level vocational education has also exposed some practical problems,mainly manifested as insufficient top-level policy design,incomplete policy supply framework,and insufficiently refined policy promotion mechanism.To promote the stable and healthy development of tertiary-level vocational education,it is necessary to target the type positioning,improve the top-level policy design,focus on the whole process of personnel training,optimize the policy supply framework,highlight problem orientation,and refine policy promotion strategies.
