摘 要:在全球环境变化复杂性与不确定性交织的背景下,创新韧性的构建已成为关乎企业生存与发展的战略要务。考虑到当前学术界对创新韧性的研究尚处于萌芽期,尤其是针对中国独特商业情境中的老字号企业的研究还未涉足,本研究融合定性与定量研究两种方法,解析了中国本土老字号创新韧性的多维结构并开发具体测度量表。定性研究以益源庆、太原酒厂、六味斋、顺天立为样本企业,经扎根理论提炼出蕴含经世致新、史脉新韵、烙印重塑、砥砺复兴、倚老卖新5个维度的老字号创新韧性结构模型。其中,经世致新涵盖历史责任、精神赓续、商道承扬三个子维度;史脉新韵涵盖薪火相传与品牌延伸两个子维度;烙印重塑涵盖时势洞察、革新布局、创见品牌三个子维度;砥砺复兴涵盖风险抵御、创源积累、研发能力三个子维度;倚老卖新涵盖工艺创新、跨界融新、创新求变三个子维度。以定性研究为前提,本研究依据扎根结果开发出囊括21个题项并通过信、效度验证的中国本土老字号创新韧性量表。研究结果不仅揭示了中国情境下老字号创新韧性理论研究的内涵与外延,也为老字号企业在逆境中实现创新成长提供指导,更是对中国传统商业文明的敬畏与传承。In the context of the complexity and uncertainty of global environmental change,the construction of innovation resilience has become a strategic priority for the survival and development of enterprises.Considering that the current academic research on innovation resilience is still in its infancy,especially the research on time-honored enterprises in China's unique business context has not yet been involved,this study combines qualitative and quantitative research methods to analyze the multidimensional structure of innovation resilience of local time-honored enterprises in China and develops a specific measurement scale. The qualitative research takes YYQ,TYJC,LWZ and STL as sample enterprises,andrefined the innovation resilience structure model of time-honored enterprises through grounded theory,which contains fivedimensions :renewing the history,renewing the historical vein,remodeling the brand, strengthening the revival, and relying onthe old to sell the new. Among them, renewing the history covers three sub-dimensions: historical responsibility, spiritualcontinuity and business continuity. renewing the historical vein covers two sub-dimensions :passing on the torch and extending the brand;remodeling the brand covers three sub-dimensions: insight into the current situation,innovative layout andinnovative brand. strengthening the revival covers three sub-dimensions : risk resistance, creation source accumulation andresearch and development ability;relying on the old to sell the new covers three sub-dimensions:process innovation,crossborderintegration of new, innovation and change. On the premise of qualitative research,this study developed a scale of innovationresilience of Chinese local time-honored enterprises, including 21 items and verified by reliability and validity.
