摘 要:学生评价是教学的重要一环,也是教育评价的重要组成部分,对学生发展具有指导意义。数字化时代,人工智能与学生评价深度融合,使数字化学生评价呈现新样态:评价主体从单一的教师评价走向人技协同、共同评价;评价内容从以“智育”为主走向“五育并举”;评价方式从经验观察走向科学追踪;评价结果从文字描述走向数字画像的呈现。数字技术在给学生评价带来便利的同时,也带来一系列的隐忧,主要体现在:无差别依赖技术,人技协同走向技术僭越,消解了“评价人”的主体性;无限度细化学生数据,全面评价走向算法固化,束缚了学生多元化发展;无边界共享学生数据,从数据追踪走向数据滥用,侵犯了学生隐私;评价反馈过度依赖学生数字画像,加剧学生竞争,遮蔽了评价的价值导向功能。数字化学生评价隐忧的消解路径:以育人为根本目的,明确在学生评价中人的主体性地位;以学生发展为根本立场,厘定数据使用范围;以学生隐私安全为底线,构建学生数据保护体系;以评价激励学生发展,探索价值导向的评价反馈机制。Student evaluation is a crucial part of teaching and an important component of educational assessment,playing a guiding role in student development.In the digital age,the deep integration of artificial intelligence and student evaluation has led to the emergence of new features of digital student evaluation.The subject of evaluation has shifted from teachers singularly to human-technology collaborative and jointly;the content of evaluation has shifted from primarily focusing on intellectual education to a focus on students'comprehensive development;the method of evaluation has transitioned from experience-based observation to scientific tracking;and the results of evaluation have evolved from textual descriptions to digital profile presentations.While technology brings convenience to student evaluation,it also leads to a series of hidden risks:indiscriminate reliance on technology leads human-technology collaboration to verge on technological over reach,undermining the subjectivity of the“evaluator”;the unlimited refinement of student data pushes comprehensive evaluation toward algorithmic entrenchment,shackling student development;the boundaryless sharing of student data turns data tracking into data misuse,infringing on student privacy;excessive dependence on student profiles for evaluation feedback intensifies student competition and obscures the value-oriented function of student evaluation.The path to mitigating the hidden risks of digital student evaluation is as follows:taking educating student as the fundamental goal,and clarifying the subjective position of the individual in student evaluation;adopting student development as the core stance,and defining the scope of data usage;taking student privacy and security as the baseline,and establishing a student data protection system;using evaluation to motivate student development,and exploring a value-oriented evaluation feedback mechanism.
