摘  要:为探究新型预制根植桩高强螺栓连接的抗弯性能,对不同桩径的预制根植桩连接试件抗弯试验过程进行了三维数值模拟,分析了该连接方式在抗弯试验过程中的承载能力、抗裂性能以及局部构件的应力、变形发展情况。结果表明:不同桩径下,高强螺栓接头的极限弯矩与桩身极限弯矩标准值的比值均大于1,满足连接件的弯矩承载要求;端板是整个试件中受荷屈服最严重的构件,以桩径为400 mm的连接试件为例,螺栓孔周部分在位移荷载为5.1 mm时进入了屈服状态,端板受拉区顶部在极限破坏时的轴向变形量为2.46 mm;螺栓在接头受弯过程中受拉力和弯矩的共同作用,其靠近端板内径的一侧受拉且部分区域达到屈服;桩身受拉区拉裂裂缝随加载过程逐步发展,受压区混凝土在达到极限破坏时产生压碎破坏,接头破坏形式为良性破坏。通过对该连接接头受弯过程的模拟,有助于后续对该连接方式进行改进与优化,为实际应用夯实基础。The purpose of this paper is to investigate the flexural performance of a novel precast nodular pile connection with high-strength bolts.Through conducting three-dimensional numerical simulations of flexural tests on connection specimens with various pile diameters,an analysis was performed to assess the load-bearing capacity,crack resistance,the stress and deformation evolution of the local components during the flexural tests.The results show that for different pile diameters,the ratio of the ultimate bending moment of the high-strength bolted joint to the ultimate bending moment standard value of the pile body exceeds 1,which meets the bending moment bearing requirements of the connection.The end plate is the most severely yielded component in the entire specimen.Taking the 400 mm pile diameter connection specimen as an example,a portion of the area around the bolt hole reaches a yield state at a displacement load of 5.1 mm,and the axial deformation at the top of the tension zone of the end plate at ultimate failure is 2.46 mm.The bolt experiences both tension and bending moments.The side closer to the inner diameter of the end plate undergoes tension,and partial regions reach a yield state.The tensile cracks in the tensile zone of the pile body develop gradually during loading,and the concrete in the compression zone produces crushing damage when it reaches the ultimate failure,and the failure mode of the joint is a ductile failure.The simulation of the bending process of this joint helps to improve and optimize the connection method for practical application.
