摘 要:基层党建工作品牌建设是达成新时代加强党的建设新要求与新任务的有力探索及重要途径。其价值意蕴体现在助力立德树人、提升党组织战斗力和凝聚力、推动高等教育高质量发展等方面。M高校通过构建“一团红”党建工作体系,打造“宜团红”党建品牌,在探党建育人之质、塑党建育人之韵、寻党建育人之径、强党建育人之力等方面取得显著成效。通过对M高校党建品牌建设的实践成效分析,揭示了品牌特色、机制建设与宣传力度等方面对党建品牌创建的深入影响。最后,文章提出了依托地方特色、优化建设机制、创新工作方法等路径策略,力求为新时代高校基层党建品牌建设提供理论借鉴与实践参考。The brand building of grassroots party building work is a powerful exploration and important way to achieve the new requirements and tasks of strengthening party building in the new era.Its value is reflected in assisting in the cultivation of moral character,enhancing the combat effectiveness and cohesion of party organizations,and promoting the high-quality development of higher education.M University has achieved significant results in exploring the quality of party building education,shaping the charm of party building education,seeking the path of party building education,and strengthening the power of party building education by building a“One Red Team”party building work system and creating a“Suitable Red Team”party building brand.Through the analysis of the practical effectiveness of the party building brand construction in M University,the profound influence of brand characteristics,mechanism construction,and publicity efforts on the creation of party building brands has been revealed.Finally,the article proposes path strategies such as relying on local characteristics,optimizing construction mechanisms,and innovating work methods,aiming to provide theoretical and practical references for the construction of grassroots party building brands in universities in the new era.
