摘  要:为进一步研究矿工安全拒绝敏感性,干预不安全心理,在探究矿工安全拒绝敏感性影响因素的基础上,开展矿工安全拒绝敏感性水平研究。首先,结合文献调研与访谈,运用扎根理论分析矿工安全拒绝敏感性的影响因素,得到13个主范畴和37个核心范畴;然后,通过问卷进行指标筛选,采用群组G1法和反熵权(AEW)法确定主客观权重,基于博弈论进行组合赋权,构建矿工安全拒绝敏感性评价指标体系,测量矿工安全拒绝敏感性水平,拟定综合评价值计算方法,进行矿工安全拒绝敏感性水平划分。结果表明:矿工安全拒绝敏感性评价指标体系包括心理及行为表现等5个一级指标和33个二级指标,其中领导表现、安全管理、单位支持、心理过程、心理特征指标赋权值较大,确定为重要影响因素;计算得出71.43%的矿工具有较低的安全拒绝敏感性水平,其工作状态不易受到拒绝行为的影响;约6.5%的矿工具有高度和重度的安全拒绝敏感性水平,这类群体在工作中容易因为拒绝行为产生不安全心理,进而引发不安全行为倾向。研究结果可为煤矿企业衡量矿工安全拒绝敏感性水平,减少矿工不安全心理因素提供依据。In order to further study the safety rejection sensitivity of miners and intervene the unsafe psychology,this paper studied the level of safety rejection sensitivity of miners on the basis of exploring the influencing factors of the safety rejection sensitivity of miners.Firstly,based on the literature research and interview,the factors influencing miners’safety rejection sensitivity were analyzed by using grounded theory,and 13 main categories and 37 core categories were obtained.Secondly,indicators were screened through questionnaires,the subjective and objective weights were determined by group G1 method and AEW method,and the weights were combined based on game theory to construct an evaluation index system of miners’safety rejection sensitivity and measure the level of miners’safety rejection sensitivity.The comprehensive evaluation method was developed to divide the level of miners’safety rejection sensitivity.The results show that:The evaluation index system of miners’safety rejection sensitivity includes such 5 first-level indexes as psychological and behavioral performance,and 33 second-level indexes,in which leadership performance,safety management,unit support,psychological process and psychological characteristics are identified as important influencing factors.It is calculated that 71.43%of the miners have a low safety rejection sensitivity level,and their work status is less likely to be affected by rejection behaviors;whereas approximately 6.5%of miners demonstrate a high or severe level of safety rejection sensitivity.This group is prone to developing unsafe psychological states due to rejection behaviors in the workplace,which may further lead to tendencies toward unsafe behaviors.The research results can provide a basis for coal mine enterprises to measure the level of miners’safety rejection sensitivity and reduce the psychological factors of miners’insecurity.
