摘  要:为解决传统后浇带叠合板工序复杂、模板消耗量大以及底部不出筋密拼叠合板附加钢筋不易固定、拼缝截面处承载力偏低等问题,设计了3块竖向螺栓连接密拼叠合板和1块15G310-1图集做法密拼叠合板试件,开展受弯性能试验研究竖向螺栓的排列方式、数量对密拼叠合板的承载力、变形以及破坏机制等的影响规律,并验证其竖向螺栓密拼连接的有效性,提出竖向螺栓连接密拼叠合板受弯承载力计算模型。结果表明:竖向螺栓连接密拼叠合板的受弯承载力和变形能力均优于现阶段15G310-1图集底部不出筋密拼叠合板,竖向螺栓连接能更好保证预制层与现浇层的整体性;采用单排竖向螺栓连接时,随着螺栓数量的增加,叠合板的开裂荷载和极限荷载均提高,与单排螺栓连接相比,采用双排竖向螺栓连接的密拼叠合板的开裂荷载和极限荷载亦随之提高;经承载力验算竖向螺栓连接密拼叠合板拼缝位置处仍能满足规范要求。研究成果丰富了装配式叠合板的连接构造形式以及为计算竖向螺栓连接叠合板承载力提供参考。In order to solve the problems of traditional post-cast strip composite slabs,like complex procedures and high formwork consumption,as well as the difficulties in fixing additional rebars and low bearing capacity at the joint section of bottom-rebar-free closely jointed composite slabs,three closely jointed composite slabs connected by vertical bolts and one made according to 15G310-1 Atlas were designed.Flexural tests were conducted to study the influence of vertical bolt arrangement and quantity on the bearing capacity,deformation and failure mechanism of closely jointed composite slabs,verify the effectiveness of vertical bolt connection,and propose a flexural bearing capacity calculation model for such slabs.The results show that the closely jointed composite slabs connected by vertical bolts outperform the bottom-rebar-free ones in 15G310-1 Atlas in flexural bearing capacity and deformation.The vertical bolt connection can better ensure the integrity of the precast and cast-in-place layers.When using single-row vertical bolts,the cracking and ultimate loads of the composite slabs increase with more bolts.Compared with single-row connection,double-row vertical bolt connection can further increase these loads.The bearing capacity check shows that the joint position of the closely jointed composite slabs connected by vertical bolts meets the code requirements.The research enriches the connection forms of prefabricated composite slabs and provides a reference for calculating the bearing capacity of composite slabs connected by vertical bolts.
