摘  要:分析浅圆仓粮面空调加湿器实际应用中的问题,通过集成动态PID控制算法与机械结构优化,包括设备运行逻辑、出雾孔径、水箱结构及送风系统等,探索控温保水方法。结果显示,改造后加湿量提升至4.5 L·h^(-1)(达设计值的90%),单位能耗明显降低,日均节电47.47 kW·h。在经济效益方面,单仓每年仅电费节省和因粮食损耗减少带来的收益就颇为可观,年节约成本9500元。在粮堆水分保持上,表层水分损失是改造前的33%。本研究可为粮食仓储行业提供有效的技术参考和实践经验。This paper analyzes the problems in the practical application of the humidifier of the grain surface air conditioner in the shallow round warehouse,and explores the method of temperature control and water retention by integrating the dynamic PID control algorithm and the optimization of the mechanical structure,including the operation logic of the equipment,the fog aperture,the structure of the water tank and the air supply system.The results show that the humidification capacity is increased to 4.5 L·h^(-1)(90%of the design value),the unit energy consumption is reduced,and the average daily power saving is 47.47 kW·h.In terms of economic benefits,the annual savings of electricity costs and the reduction of food loss in a single warehouse are considerable,with an annual cost saving of 9500 yuan.In terms of water retention in grain piles,the surface moisture loss was 33%of that before the transformation.This study can provide effective technical reference and practical experience for the grain storage industry.
