摘 要:随着消费者对农产品产地溯源意识的提高,人们对原产地优质农产品的需求不断增加。农产品产地溯源为识别农产品原产地和品质真实性提供了保障。本文阐述了常用的农产品产地溯源研究分析方法,讨论了影响多种农产品产地溯源分析方法的因素,为将来植物源性农产品产地溯源的研究提供一定的参考。With the increasing attention of consumers to the improvement of awareness of the traceability of geographical landmark commodities,people’s demand for high-quality agricultural products of origin has increased.The origin traceability of agricultural products provides a guarantee for identifying the origin and quality authenticity of agricultural products.This paper reviewed the research and analysis methods,and discussed the factors affecting the analysis methods for tracing the geographical origin of agricultural products,which provided certain references for the future research of traceability of agricultural products.
