摘  要:近年来,随着“养生热”的兴起,药食同源类食品因其兼具食品和中药养生的双重属性而备受青睐,成为人们追求健康生活与营养发展的现实选择。然而,由于这类食品独特的性质,使其在质量控制方面面临诸多挑战,包括法律法规体系不完善、标准制定滞后、生产环节控制不足、检测技术应用有限及企业自律诚信较低等问题,这些因素在一定程度上制约了药食同源类食品行业的发展。基于此,本文提出健全法规标准、强化监管执法、创新技术手段以及增强企业自律等优化措施,以确保产品从原料到成品的每个环节都能得到有效质量监控,从而推动药食同源类食品行业的可持续发展。In recent years,with the rise of the“health hot”trend,food and medicine related foods have become popular due to their dual attributes of food and traditional Chinese medicine health preservation,and have become a realistic choice for people to pursue healthy living and nutritional development.However,due to the unique nature of these types of food,they face many challenges in quality control,including an imperfect legal and regulatory system,outdated standard setting,insufficient control over production processes,limited application of testing technology,and low levels of corporate self-discipline and integrity.These factors to some extent constrain the development of the food industry in the same category as medicine and food.Based on this,this article proposes optimization measures such as improving regulatory standards,strengthening regulatory enforcement,innovating technological means,and enhancing corporate self-discipline to ensure effective quality monitoring at every stage of the product from raw materials to finished products,thereby promoting the sustainable development of the food industry in the same category as medicine and food.
