摘  要:食用农产品检测工作是食品安全监测工作的一个重要组成部分,而食用农产品检测数据的准确性不仅关乎农产品质量安全的准确评估,也直接体现了检测机构的专业技术和实力,并关系到检测机构的整体形象。为了确保检测数据的准确性,检测机构应该加强自身管理、多措并举,本文从管理体系、检测人员、仪器设备等方面分析了确保检测数据准确性的相关策略。The detection work of edible agricultural products is an important part of food safety monitoring work.The accuracy of detection data of edible agricultural products not only concerns the accurate evaluation of agricultural product quality and safety,but also directly reflects the professional technology and strength of the testing agency,and is related to the overall image of the testing agency.In order to ensure the accuracy of detection data,the testing agency should strengthen its own management and take multiple measures.This article analyzes the relevant strategies to ensure the accuracy of detection data from aspects such as management system,testing personnel,and instrument equipment.
