摘 要:水平玻璃纤维桩技术是指将纤维桩水平通过含近中-(牙合)面-远中(mesial-occlusal-distal,MOD)洞型后牙的颊侧壁和舌侧壁进行固定,通过减少牙尖的偏转增强根管治疗后牙齿的抗折性。这是一种比传统修复方法更经济、快速、有效、保守且微创的技术,未来可能成为牙尖覆盖间接修复的替代治疗方案。本文综述了该技术的操作方法、优势与不足及影响因素,旨在为临床根管治疗后含MOD洞型后牙的微创修复提供参考。Horizontal glass fiber post technology involves the horizontal placement of fiber posts through the buccal and lingual walls of posterior teeth with MOD cavities.This approach enhances the fracture resistance of teeth following root canal treatment by minimizing cusp deflection.Compared to traditional restoration methods,it is a more economical,rapid,effective,conservative,and minimally invasive technique,potentially serving as an alternative for indirect restoration of cusp coverage in the future.This article reviews the operational methods,advantages,disadvantages,and influencing factors of this technology,aiming to provide a reference for the minimally invasive repair of posterior teeth with MOD cavities after clinical root canal treatment.
