摘  要:高校美育是培根铸魂的工作,是培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的重要抓手。基于泉州地方高校美育工作的调研情况分析,当前地方高校美育工作存在认知之难、并举之难、地位之难、发展之难等“四难”问题,进而提出以认识纠偏为根本,确立“美可育人”的观念共识;以教学改革为方法,构建“美贵教化”的育人生态;以资源整合为途径,打造“美须协同”的师资队伍;以评价优化为导向,完善“美可衡量”的评价机制等高校美育工作的破解路径。College aesthetic education aims at nurturing the root and soul of the nation and is the key to fostering socialist builders and successors with all-round moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic grounding,in addition to a hard-working spirit.An investigation of aesthetic education was conducted in Quanzhou’s colleges and universities.It was found that there exists“four difficulties”in the aesthetic education,namely the difficulty of cognition,the difficulty of parallel implementation,the difficulty of status,and the difficulty of development.It was recommended that aesthetic education should be based on extensive recognition that aesthetics has educative value;teaching reform should be designed for an ecological system within which aesthetic education provides inspiration and enlightenment;resources should be integrated to build faculty of aesthetic education;evaluation should be optimized to establish an evaluative system with measurable criteria.
