软土盾构掘进竖向姿态分析及控制策略研究

摘  要:针对盾构机穿越黄土、滨海软土等软弱地层时遇到的姿态难控制问题,基于修正椭球体理论提出适用于黏性土地层盾构隧道的松动土压力计算方法,通过等效土弹簧建立盾构机-土体相互作用理论模型,进行盾构机竖向位移、俯仰角变化分析与姿态纠偏方法研究。对比“引汉济渭”二期南干线盾构机穿越黄土塬施工监测数据,验证理论模型的准确性。参数敏感性分析表明:盾构机竖向位移与竖向力呈二次抛物线变化;盾构机俯仰角与竖直平面力矩呈三次抛物线变化,且随着力矩的增大,姿态由下俯变为上仰;随着地层软土比例增大,盾构机沉降与姿态下俯量增大;调整推进系统在盾尾上、下部产生更小推力差,可实现盾构机的沉降控制与俯仰角纠偏。This study proposes a method for calculating the loosened soil pressure applicable to shield tunneling in cohesive soil layers based on the modified ellipsoid theory as a solution to existing difficulties in attitude control of shield machines when traversing soft and weak strata such as loess and coastal soft soil.Specifically,we established a theoretical model for shield-machine-soil interaction using equivalent soil springs to analyze the vertical displacement,pitch angle changes and attitude adjustment of the shield machine.By comparing with the construction monitoring data of the shield machine traversing the loess plateau in the South Line of Hanjiang-to-Weihe River Water Diversion Phase II Project,we verified the accuracy of this theoretical model in predicting the attitude changes and correcting thrust calculation of shield tunneling in soft soil strata.Sensitivity analysis of parameters shows that 1)the vertical displacement and vertical force of the shield machine exhibit a parabolic variation;2)the pitch angle of the shield machine and the vertical plane torque show a cubic parabolic variation.With the increase of torque,the attitude changes from downward pitch to upward pitch;3)as the proportion of soft soil in the strata increases,the settlement and downward pitch of the shield machine increase;4)adjusting the propulsion system generates low significant thrust difference in the upper and lower parts of the shield tail,which could realize settlement control of the shield machine and correction of pitch angle.
