摘　　要：随着林业执法的不断规范,林业案件技术鉴定的重要性日益凸显。文章深入探讨了当前林业案件技术鉴定存在的问题,包括鉴定机构不统一、人员资质要求差异、鉴定手段落后、缺乏统一标准等,并提出了相应的解决办法及建议,如引入先进技术、建立统一鉴定机构、加强人员培训等,旨在提高林业案件技术鉴定的准确性和公正性,促进林业执法的科学有效。As the enforcement of forestry laws continues to be standardized,the importance of technical identification in forestry cases has become increasingly prominent.This article delved deeply into the existing problems in the technical identification of current forestry cases,such as the lack of uniformity in identification institutions,differences in personnel qualification requirements,backward identification methods,and the absence of unified standards.Hereby,solutions and suggestions were put forward,including introducing advanced technologies,establishing unified identification institutions,and strengthening personnel training.The aim is to enhance the accuracy and fairness of technical identification in forestry cases and promote the scientific and effective enforcement of forestry laws.
