摘  要:以传统座椅为原型,通过结构优化设计,设计出一款新中式椅,采用有限元法对其结构进行力学分析验证。利用工程设计软件Siemens NX建立座椅的三维模型,在HyperWorks中离散模型单元网格并检查质量,以红木为基材,结合有限元软件Abaqus和nCode分析结构优化后座椅的力学性能;研究结果表明,新中式座椅零部件比原型座椅少了近三分之二,质量轻了3.52 kg;按照国标施加载荷,座面、椅背和扶手最大应力值分别为7.012、3.583和9.350 MPa,其疲劳寿命约为3.35×10^(8)次,结构强度符合要求;实现了材料的经济性和座椅的安全性,为传统家具结构优化设计提供了思路。Taking the traditional chair as the prototype,a new Chinese chair was designed through structural optimization,and its structure was mechanically analyzed and verified by using finite element method.The three-dimensional model of the seat was established by using the engineering design software Siemens NX.The model element mesh was discretized in HyperWorks and the quality was checked.The mechanical properties of the seat after structural optimization were analyzed by using the finite element software Abaqus and nCode with redwood as the substrate.The research results show that the new Chinese chair components are nearly two-thirds less than the prototype chair,and the weight is reduced by 3.52 kg.According to the national standard,the maximum stress values for the seat surface,backrest.and armrest are 7.012 MPa.3.583 MPa.and 9.350 MPa.respectively.The fatigue life is approximately 3.35×10^(8)cycles.and the structural strength meets the requirements.The economic efficiency of materials and the safety of chair have been achieved.providing ideas for the structural optimization design of traditional furniture.
