摘　　要：大学生是新时代学习弘扬雷锋精神的主力军,学习弘扬雷锋精神有利于将大学生塑造成有理想、有本领、有担当的新时代青年。然而受多重复合因素影响,大学生面临对雷锋精神当代价值深层认知偏差、青春特质情感共鸣不足、学习弘扬雷锋精神形式主义明显的现实困境,要从加强学生学习弘扬雷锋精神的价值体认和实践养成、强化家庭学习弘扬雷锋精神的教化作用和责任意识、发挥高校学习弘扬雷锋精神的主导作用和思政功能三个层面共同发力探索推进大学生学习弘扬雷锋精神的实践进路。College students are the main force to learn and carry forward Lei Feng's spirit in the new era,which helps cultivate new-era youth with ideals,capabilities,and a sense of responsibility..However,influenced by multiple compound variables,college students face realistic challenges including deep cognitive deviations of Lei Feng's spirit contemporary value,insufficient emotional resonance of youth characteristics,and obvious formalism in learning and promoting Lei Feng's activities.To address these challenges,efforts should be made from three aspects:strengthening students'value recognition and practical cultivation of Lei Feng's spirit,intensifying the educational role and responsibility awareness of families in learning and promoting Lei Feng's spirit,and giving full play to the leading role and ideological and political functions of colleges in learning and promoting Lei Feng's spirit.
