摘　　要：近年来,随着肿瘤免疫学、细胞生物学和分子技术等研究领域的深入发展,肿瘤的免疫治疗作为一种创新且富有前景的治疗手段逐渐兴起,肿瘤疫苗治疗就是其中之一。肿瘤疫苗治疗通过精心设计疫苗,能够精准调控肿瘤免疫微环境中的相关生物标记物,从而激活或增强机体自身的免疫系统,对肿瘤细胞产生特异性的识别和杀伤能力。值得一提的是,肿瘤疫苗治疗微卫星稳定(MSS)型结直肠癌具有独特的优势。传统免疫治疗对于MSS结直肠癌的疗效往往不尽如人意,而肿瘤疫苗治疗恰好能够弥补这一缺陷。肿瘤疫苗不仅为MSS结直肠癌患者提供了新的治疗选择,还为结直肠癌的精准治疗和预后管理开辟了更多新的可能,有望为患者带来更长久的生存获益和更好的生活质量。In recent years,with the deepening development of research fields such as tumor immunology,cell biology,and molecular technology,immunotherapy for tumors has gradually emerged as an innovative and promising treatment method.Tumor vaccine treatment is one of them.Tumor vaccine treatment can precisely regulate relevant biomarkers in the tumor immune microenvironment through carefully designed vaccines,thereby activating or enhancing the body's own immune system and producing specific recognition and killing abilities against tumor cells.It is worth mentioning that tumor vaccine therapy has unique advantages in addressing microsatellite stabilized(MSS)colorectal cancer.The efficacy of traditional immunotherapy for MSS colorectal cancer is often unsatisfactory,and tumor vaccine therapy can precisely make up for this deficiency.Tumor vaccines not only provide new treatment options for MSS colorectal cancer patients,but also open up more new possibilities for precise treatment and prognosis management of colorectal cancer,which is expected to bring more long-term survival benefits and better quality of life to patients.
