摘　　要：法学会融媒体建设是法治中国、平安中国背景下,立足法学会性质任务和媒体融合纵深发展提出的实践课题。基于有关文件中“法学会融媒体”及“融媒体生产协作体系”“法学数据统一体系”“法学融合云服务体系”内涵的开放性,有必要从理论上对相关问题进行总结概括。通过梳理法学会融媒体建设面向中国式现代化的总体目标和改进法治宣传、完善法学教育、满足服务需求及提升工作效能的主要任务,厘清法学会融媒体“三大体系”内涵,准确把握法学会融媒体作为法学法律传播矩阵、资源枢纽及服务平台的功能定位,并将法学会融媒体建设作为法学会数字化建设的切入点,更好推进法学会融媒体建设。在建设法学会融媒体的实践中,还应坚持面向国家治理需求搭建服务渠道、强化内容生产协作创新法治宣传、紧扣教育实践导向完善人才培养和顺应数字时代变革推动组织转型的价值取向。The construction of integrated media for law societies arises as a practical issue against the backdrop of building a law-based and safe China.It aligns with the nature and tasks of law societies and the in-depth development of media integration.Given the open-ended nature of terms such as“integrated media for law societies”,“collaborative production systems for integrated media”,“unified legal data systems”,and“integrated legal cloud service systems”in related documents,there is a need for theoretical summarization and analysis.This study outlines the overarching objectives of integrated media construction for law societies within the context of Chinese modernization,emphasizing its primary tasks:improving legal publicity,refining legal education,meeting service demands,and enhancing operational efficiency.It clarifies the connotations of the“three systems”of integrated media for law societies and accurately positions it as a matrix for disseminating legal information,a hub for resources,and a service platform.Integrated media construction is proposed as a strategic entry point for the digital transformation of law societies,providing a foundation for advancing such initiatives.In practical terms,the development of integrated media for law societies should adhere to value orientations that focus on meeting national governance needs,building service channels,enhancing collaborative content production to innovate legal publicity,aligning with education and practice to improve talent cultivation,and adapting to the digital era to drive organizational transformation.
