跨境电商综合试验区对进出口贸易的影响

摘　　要：在全球贸易增长趋缓的背景下,跨境电商成为中国贸易高质量发展的压舱石。理论分析表明,通过降低贸易成本、缓解融资约束、提高贸易便利化,跨境电商产业政策促进了进出口贸易的增长。以2010—2020年284个地级市的面板数据为基础,选取前五批跨境电商综合试点作为考察对象,采用渐进双重差分实证检验了跨境电商综合试验区与进出口贸易的关系,分析结果表明,跨境电商综合试验区显著促进了试点城市的出口和进口贸易。未来,需优化政策体系,扎实推进跨境电商综合试验区建设,同时提高贸易便利性,推动跨境电商实现高质量发展。In the context of slowing global trade growth,cross-border e-commerce has become a ballast for China's high-quality trade development.Theoretical analysis shows that cross-border e-commerce industry policies have promoted the growth of import and export trade by reducing trade costs,easing financing constraints,and improving trade facilitation.Based on panel data from 284 prefecture level cities from 2010 to 2020,the first five batches of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot projects were selected as the analysis objects,and the relationship between cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zones and import trade was empirically tested using progressive difference in differences.Empirical analysis has found that the comprehensive pilot zone for cross-border e-commerce has significantly promoted the export and import trade of pilot cities.In the future,it is necessary to optimize the policy system,solidly promote the construction of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zones,improve trade convenience,and promote high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce.
