摘  要:教师数字素养是教师适应智能时代发展和适应教育数字化转型的关键,但相关研究尚不充分。对我国珠三角某市3866位中小学及幼儿园教师进行调查,发现教师数字素养整体仍处于中等水平,教师数字技术知识与技能、数字化应用水平普遍较低。教师数字素养在学段、学历、职称等方面差异显著,但在性别、学科等方面差异不明显。构建了教师数字素养影响因素模型,揭示了政策与环境支持、组织支持、基础设施、工作压力、数字化应用等因素之间的关系。建议从引领区域教师数字素养提升、激发学校教师提升动力、促进教师自主发展、营造数字化学习氛围等多方面采取相应对策以提升教师数字素养。Teachers'digital literacy serves as a critical foundation for adapting to the intelligent era and advancing the digital transformation of education.However,existing research in this domain remains insufficient.This study surveyed 3,866 primary and secondary school teachers as well as kindergarten teachers in a city in the Pearl River Delta region of China.It was found that overall teacher digital literacy remains at a moderate level,with generally low levels of knowledge and skills regarding digital technology and digital application proficiency.There are significant differences in teacher digital literacy across different education stages,academic qualifications,and professional titles,but no significant differences based on gender or subject areas.A structural model of influencing factors was developed,elucidating the interrelationships among policy and environmental support,organizational support,infrastructure,job-related stress,and digital application capabilities.The findings suggest that multidimensional strategies should be implemented to enhance teachers'digital literacy including regional leadership in enhancing teachers'digital literacy,motivating schools to drive teacher improvement,fostering teachers'self-directed professional development,and cultivating a digitally learning culture.
