摘　　要：肝功能衰竭(简称肝衰竭)作为肝病领域的急危重症之一,是目前国际公认亟需解决的医学难题。名中医毛德文教授历经20余载重症肝病临床、基础研究攻关,凝练形成肝衰竭“毒浊致病”新学说,认识到以肝衰竭“毒浊致病”为病机核心所表现出来的中医学“证”的演变与肝衰竭免疫功能变化趋势存在着一致性,率先以中医学“证”来宏观评估肝衰竭免疫功能变化,致力于突破肝衰竭治疗中存在的免疫失衡所带来的疗效和技术上的困境,以期为肝衰竭“高发病率及高病死率”的降低做出有益的探索。Liver failure,as an acute and critical disease,is an internationally recognized medical problem that needs to be solved urgently.Professor MAO De-wen,a famous Chinese doctor,has experienced more than 20 years of clinical and basic research on severe liver disease,created a new theory of liver failure"pathogenesis due to toxic turbidity",And constantly bring forth new ideas on the basis of the new theory of"pathogenesis due to toxic turbidity",recognized that the evolution rule of"syndrome"of Chinese medicine expressed by the pathogenesis core of"Pathogenesis due to toxic turbidity"of liver failure is highly consistent with the fluctuation of immune function of patients with liver failure.Therefore,it is the first to take the"syndrome"of Chinese medicine to evaluate the fluctuation of immune function of liver failure macroscopically,dedicated to breaking through the therapeutic and technical difficulties caused by immune imbalance in the treatment of liver failure,in order to make beneficial explorations for reducing the"high morbidity rate and high mortality"of liver failure.
