摘 要:数控加工技术已成为现代制造业非常核心的重要组成部分,而在高校教学中,数控实训有助于快速帮助学生深化对数控技术的理解并提升技术应用能力。本研究以武汉交通职业学院为例,针对传统数控实训教学模式中存在的理论与实践脱节、学生实践能力不足等问题,分析了协作式教学模式在数控实训中应用的意义,系统探讨了协作式教学模式在数控实训教学中的应用形式。通过构建课前分组准备、课中协同实施、课后多维评价的全流程协作机制,结合项目式教学、竞赛导向及校企协同等创新形式,实现教学模式的多元化改革。实践表明,该教学模式有效促进了学生在数控编程、工艺分析和机床操作等环节的主动探索,强化了理论知识与工程实践的深度融合。研究表明,数控实训教学改革能提高数控类专业学生的专业技能、问题解决能力,促进学生的全面发展,从而为社会培养更多适应现代制造业发展的高素质技能型人才。Numerical control machining technology has become a crucial component of modern manufacturing industry.In college teaching,numerical control training can help students deepen their understanding of numerical control technology and improve their technical application ability.Taking Wuhan Technical College Of Communications as an example,this study analyzes the significance of the application of collaborative teaching mode in numerical control training,aiming at the problems of disconnection between theory and practice and insufficient practical ability of students in the traditional numerical control training teaching mode,and systematically discusses the application form of collaborative teaching mode in numerical control training teaching.By constructing the whole process cooperation mechanism of group preparation before class,collaborative implementation in class and multi-dimensional evaluation after class,combined with innovative forms such as project-based teaching,competition orientation and school-enterprise collaboration,the diversified reform of teaching mode is realized.Practice shows that this teaching mode effectively promotes students’ active exploration in CNC programming,process analysis and machine tool operation,and strengthens the deep integration of theoretical knowledge and engineering practice.The research shows that the reform of numerical control training teaching can improve the professional skills and problem solving ability of students majoring in numerical control,promote the all-round development of students,and cultivate more high-quality skilled talents to adapt to the development of modern manufacturing industry for the society.
