摘 要:目的分析精细化管理模式在医务部人力资源管理中应用的效果,为进一步优化医务部人力资源管理提供参考。方法选取2022年3月—2024年4月泸州市中医医院医务部工作的13名医务人员作为研究对象,2022年3月—2023年3月实施常规管理,设为常规组,2023年4月—2024年4月实施精细化管理,设为研究组,两组均为同一批工作人员。比较两组工作人员的专业能力评分、工作质量评分以及工作人员对管理模式的满意度评分。结果研究组工作人员专业能力评分高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组工作质量评分中岗位分划(92.53±2.42)分、人才引进(91.53±2.34)分、科室管理(90.53±2.42)分、人才培育(93.36±2.41)分、薪酬管理(92.53±2.36)分均比常规组的(83.63±2.53)分、(82.63±2.53)分、(83.36±2.43)分、(84.12±2.25)分、(83.12±2.15)分高,差异均有统计学意义(t=9.166,9.311,7.538,10.105,10.627;P均<0.05)。研究组工作人员对管理模式满意度评分高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在医务部人力资源管理中精细化管理模式应用能提高工作人员专业能力和水平,确保人力资源管理工作有效开展,提高整体工作质量,且该管理模式更能满足工作人员的需求,具有较高管理借鉴价值。Objective To analyze the effect of fine management mode in human resource management of medical de‐partment,it provides reference for further optimizing human resource management in the medical department.Meth⁃ods From March 2022 to April 2024,thirteen medical staff working in the Medical Department of Luzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the research objects.Routine management was implemented from March 2022 to March 2023,which was set as the conventional group,and fine management was implemented from April 2023 to April 2024,which was set as the research group.The two groups were all the same staff.The professional abil‐ity scores,work quality scores and staff satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared.Results The professional ability score of the research group were higher than that of the conventional group,and the differences were statisti‐cally significant(all P<0.05).In the work quality score of the research group,the post score was 92.53±2.42,the talent introduction score was 91.53±2.34,the department management score was 90.53±2.42,the talent cultivation score was 93.36±2.41,and the salary management score was 92.53±2.36,compared with the 83.63±2.53,82.63±2.53,83.36±2.43,84.12±2.25,83.12±2.15 of conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(t=9.166,9.311,7.538,10.105,10.627;all P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the staff in the research group were higher than that in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of fine management mode in the human resource management of the medical department can improve the professional ability and level of staff,ensure the effective development of human resource management,and improve the overall quality of work,and the management mode can better meet the needs of staff,which has high management reference value.
