摘 要:目的探讨临床教学单元(clinical teaching unit,CTU)教学模式在外科住院医师腹腔镜手术技能训练中应用效果。方法选取2024年1—11月长沙市第一医院微创外科轮转的40名外科住院医师作为研究对象。根据随机数字表法分为两组,各20名。观察组开展CTU教学模式,对照组开展常规教学模式。比较不同教学模式下的理论知识考核成绩、操作能力考核成绩、住院医师对教学效果的满意度情况。结果观察组的理论知识考核成绩(95.12±1.33)分、操作能力考核成绩(95.24±1.41)分均高于对照组的(91.57±2.08)分、(92.05±2.16)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=6.430,5.530;P均<0.05)。观察组的住院医师对教学效果的满意度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在为外科住院医师进行腹腔镜手术技能教学时,开展CTU教学模式能够拓展住院医师理论认知,训练操作能力,提高其对教学效果的满意度。Objective To observe the application effect of clinical teaching unit(CTU)teaching mode in laparoscopic surgical skills training for surgical residents.Methods From January to November 2024,forty surgical residents in the minimally invasive surgery rotation The First Hospital of Changsha were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,twenty cases in each group.The observation group carried out the CTU teaching model,and the control group carried out the conventional teaching model.The scores of theoretical knowledge assessment,operational ability assessment and residents'satisfaction with the teaching effect under different teaching models were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge assessment 95.12±1.33 and operational ability assessment 95.24±1.41 in the observation group were higher than 91.57±2.08 and 92.05±2.16 in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.430,5.530;both P<0.05).The satisfac‐tion scores of residents in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion When teaching laparoscopic surgery skills to surgical residents,implementing the CTU teaching model can expand their theoretical cognition,train their operational abilities,and im‐prove their satisfaction with the teaching effect.
