摘 要:目的分析人性化管理服务用于医院保健管理的优势。方法选择2020年6月—2023年6月在武汉市江夏区纸坊街社区卫生服务中心就职的14名医护人员,2020年6月—2021年12月实施常规管理模式为管理前,2022年1月—2023年6月实施人性化管理模式为管理后。对比管理前后的效果。结果医护人员管理后的职业倦怠感总分为(67.29±3.54)分,低于管理前的(75.19±3.49)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.946,P<0.05)。管理后的心理授权评分总分为(42.99±5.15),高于管理前的(22.87±3.77)分,差异有统计学意义(t=11.795,P<0.05)。管理后满意度高于管理前。结论人性化管理服务能够减轻医护人员的职业倦怠感,提升其心理授权水平,且能获得较高的医院保健管理满意度。Objective To analyze the advantages of humanized management services in hospital healthcare manage‐ment.Methods Fourteen healthcare workers employed at Wuhan Jiangxia District Zhifang Street Community Health Service Center from June 2020 and June 2023 were selected.The conventional management model was applied from June 2020 to December 2021,and the humanized management model was applied from from January 2022 to June 2023.Compare the outcomes before and after management.Results After management,the healthcare workers'burn‐out score was 67.29±3.54,lower than 75.19±3.49 before management,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.946,P<0.05).The psychological empowerment score after management was 42.99±5.15,higher than 22.87±3.77 be‐fore management,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.795,P<0.05).The management satisfaction rate after management was higher than before management.Conclusion Humanized management services can alleviate oc‐cupational burnout,enhance psychological empowerment,and achieve high satisfaction in hospital healthcare manage‐ment.
