摘 要:目的探究护理人员进行临床护理管理实践的效果。方法选取2023年5月—2024年4月内蒙古财经大学校医院50名护理人员为研究对象。2023年5—10月实施常规管理方法,设为管理前;2023年11月—2024年4月进行临床护理管理实践,设为管理后。比较管理前后护理人员的工作积极性、工作效率、综合能力及管理满意度。结果管理后护理人员工作积极性、工作效率评分分别为(95.72±3.44)分、(96.07±3.25)分,均高于管理前的(88.29±7.31)分、(91.52±5.01)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=6.503,5.388;P均<0.05)。管理后护理人员综合能力评分高于管理前,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。管理后护理人员管理满意度高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理管理实践的落实有助于提高护理人员工作积极性及工作效率,培养综合技能人才,提高整体管理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing management practice by nursing staff.Methods Fifty nursing staff in the school hospital of Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics from May 2023 to April 2024 were selected as study subjects.Routine management methods were implemented from May to October 2023,which was set as before management,and clinical nursing management practice was implemented from November 2023 to April 2024,which was set as after management.Compared the work motivation,work efficiency,comprehen‐sive ability and management satisfaction of nursing staff before and after management.Results The work motivation and work efficiency scores of nursing staff after management were 95.72±3.44 and 96.07±3.25,higher than 88.29±7.31 and 91.52±5.01 before management,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.503,5.388;both P<0.05).The comprehensive ability scores of nursing staff after management were higher than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Management satisfaction of nursing staff after manage‐ment was higher than before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of clinical nursing management practice helps to improve the motivation and efficiency of nursing staff,develop comprehensive skills and improve overall management satisfaction.
