摘  要:目的分析超声科实习带教中应用临床案例教学法的效果。方法选取2022年6月—2023年5月永州市中心医院超声科的实习医师24名为研究对象,开展常规教学法,为参比组。选取2023年6月—2024年5月本院超声科的实习医师24名为研究对象,开展临床案例教学法,为观察组。比较两组的考核成绩、思辨能力、阅片能力及教学满意率。结果出科时,观察组理论考核成绩(95.08±1.27)分、操作考核成绩(95.14±1.31)分高于参比组的(91.29±1.44)分、(91.35±1.48)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=9.670,9.394;P均<0.05)。观察组思辨能力与阅片能力评分分别为(9.41±0.15)分、(9.43±0.17)分,高于参比组的(9.05±0.18)分、(9.07±0.21)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=7.527,6.527;P均<0.05)。观察组教学满意率为100.00%(24/24)高于参比组的83.33%(8/24),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在为超声科实习医师进行带教时,开展临床案例教学法能够改善实习医师考核结果,训练思辨能力,增强阅片能力,提高教学满意率。Objective To analyze the effect of applying clinical case teaching method in teaching ultrasound intern‐ships.Methods Twenty-four interns in the Department of Ultrasound of Yongzhou Central Hospital from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects to carry out the conventional teaching method as the reference group.Twenty-four intern physicians in the Department of Ultrasound of Yongzhou Central Hospital from June 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the study subjects to carry out clinical case teaching method,as the observation group.The as‐sessment results,critical thinking ability,film reading ability and teaching satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results When out of section,the scores of theoretical assessment and operation assessment were 95.08±1.27,95.14±1.31 in the observation group were higher than 91.29±1.44 and 91.35±1.48 in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=9.670,9.394;P<0.05).The scores of critical thinking ability and film reading ability in the observation group were 9.41±0.15 and 9.43±0.17,which were higher than 9.05±0.18 and 9.07±0.21 in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.527,6.527;both P<0.05).The teach‐ing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100.00%(24/24),which was higher than 83.33%(8/24)of the refer‐ence group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When teaching ultrasound trainees,the clinical case method improves the trainee's assessment results,trains critical thinking skills,enhances the ability to read films,and increases the satisfaction rate of teaching.
