摘 要:目的分析师生角色互换在药学实习带教中的应用价值。方法选取2023年1至12月衡阳市中心医院的50名药学实习生为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分入观察组与参照组,各25名。参照组接受常规带教方法,观察组则接受师生角色互换带教方法,比较两组实习生的考核成绩、综合素养以及教学满意度。结果观察组的考核成绩比参照组高,综合素养较参照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的教学满意度为100.00%(25/25),高于参照组的76.00%(19/25),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.734,P<0.05)。结论在药学实习带教当中采用师生角色互换教学方法,能提升实习生的考核成绩以及综合素养,教学满意度较高。Objective To analyze the value of applying teacher-student role exchange in pharmacy practice teaching.Methods Fifty pharmacy interns from Hengyang Central Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group and reference group by random number table method,with twenty-five cases in each group.The reference group received the conventional teaching method,and the observation group received the teacher-student role exchange teaching method.The assessment results,comprehensive literacy and teaching satisfaction of interns in the two groups were compared.Results The assessment scores and comprehen‐sive literacy of the observation group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statisti‐cally significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%(25/25),higher than 76.00%(19/25)of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.734,P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting the teaching method of teacher-student role exchange in pharmacy practice can improve the evaluation re‐sults and comprehensive quality of interns,and the teaching satisfaction is higher.
