摘  要:本文以某三甲眼科专科医院为研究对象,旨在探讨在新质生产力背景下,如何通过优化人力资源管理策略,提升医院的核心竞争力和服务效率。文章分析了新质生产力的概念,阐述其对医院人力资源管理模式等方面的深远影响。结合该眼科专科医院的具体情况,探讨了当前人力资源管理中存在的问题,并提出了一系列针对性的优化策略,如人才引进与培养、岗位管理与人员配置以及激励机制与绩效考核体系的创新,为同类医院在新质生产力时代下的人力资源管理提供了有益的实践经验与借鉴。This paper takes a tertiary eye hospital as the research object,aiming to explore how to improve the core competitiveness and service efficiency of the hospital by optimizing the human resource management strategy under the background of new productivity.This paper analyzes the concept of new productivity and expounds its farreaching influence on hospital human resource management mode.Combined with the specific situation of the eye hos‐pital,this paper discusses the problems existing in the current human resource management,and puts forward a series of targeted optimization strategies,such as talent introduction and training,post management and staffing,as well as the innovation of incentive mechanism and performance appraisal system,which provides useful practical experience and reference for the human resource management of similar hospitals in the era of new productivity.
