摘　　要：本文从企业商业秘密保护的视角,阐明了企业商业秘密保护标准体系的构建依据和方法,构建了企业商业秘密保护标准体系框架,并对标准体系结构内容进行分析,以期为推进企业商业秘密保护标准化工作提供技术支撑。The paper elaborates on the construction basis and methods of the standards system for enterprise trade secret protection from the perspective of enterprise trade secret protection,constructs the framework of the standards system for enterprise trade secret protection,and analyzes the content and structure of the standards system,in order to provide technical support for promoting the standardization of enterprise trade secret protection.
