乌灵胶囊联合思诺思对焦虑症合并睡眠障碍患者的疗效及症状改善的影响

摘　　要：目的对焦虑症合并睡眠障碍患者采取乌灵胶囊、思诺思(即酒石酸唑吡坦片)联合治疗,探索分析联合用药的临床治疗效果以及对症状改善的影响。方法 选取2023 年5 月—2024 年5 月兰溪市第五医院收治的82 例焦虑症合并睡眠障碍患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组41 例。对照组单纯应用思诺思治疗,观察组则采取乌灵胶囊、思诺思联合治疗,研究分析不同用药方案的临床治疗效果以及症状改善状况。结果 治疗后,观察组的匹兹堡睡眠质量评分(PSQI)、焦虑评分(SAS)、症状评分、不良反应发生率均低于对照组,5- 羟色胺(5-HT)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、γ- 氨基丁酸(GABA)水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P< 0.05)。结论 对焦虑症合并睡眠障碍患者采取乌灵胶囊、思诺思联合治疗,可改善疾病症状,提高睡眠质量,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To take the combination treatment of Wuling capsule and SinOS(zolpidem tartrate tablets)for patients with anxiety and sleep disorders,and explore and analyze the clinical treatment eff ects of the combination and its eff ects on symptom improvement.Methods A total of 82 patients with anxiety and sleep disorders admitted to our hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observation group based on the random number table method,and the case number of each group was consistent.Among them,the control group only applied Snow treatment,while the observation group took the combination of Wuling capsule and Snow treatment to study and analyze the clinical treatment eff ect of diff erent medication schemes and the improvement of symptoms.Results The treatment Pittsburgh sleep quality score(PSQI),anxiety score(SAS),symptom score,and incidence of adverse eff ects were lower than the control group,with higher levels of serotonin(5-HT),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),andγ-aminobutyric acid(GABA),statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment of Wuling capsule and SinOS for patients with anxiety and sleep disorders can improve disease symptoms,improve sleep quality and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
